Beautiful Lisbon
As the Summer months arrive and we start to enjoy warmer, brighter days; we felt ourselves reflecting on a recent trip to Lisbon. Travelling abroad is always an uplifting and fresh source of inspiration, offering new surroundings and culture. Lisbon, to us, is arguably one of the most beautiful cities for architecture and design; where heritage and modern perception are perfectly juxtaposed.

For us, Spring is when we start to notice change. We’ve embraced the woodland snowdrops and we are delighted to see daffodils swaying in a slightly warmer breeze. Perhaps we are all grateful for this change, after all, it is a sign that the Winter chill has lifted and we’re happy to welcome a burst of colour and freshness.

The festive magic has left us for another year and our lives have just about resumed normality. We’ve all gone back to work, the recurring school run has started again, it’s all a little too familiar. Our homes have a sense of dullness with the absence of bright and colourful decorations; but that’s not always a bad thing. In fact, maybe it’s the perfect time to replenish our décor and brighten our homes, ready to welcome the Spring.
