We are asleep until we fall in love
February the time when the days begin to get longer and we feel like we are awakening from the long slumber of winter. For many of us it's a month to celebrate the joy of love. This might be with our sweethearts on Valentines day on the 14th, our pets on the 20th on 'Love your pet day', to strangers on the 17th on 'Random acts of kindness day' or the love of food on either 'Shrove Tuesday' on the 21st or 'Yorkshire pudding day' on the 5th! It seems there is much to celebrate!

Product Spotlight - The Antler Collection
The festive season is upon us and, as the nights draw in, we begin to lights our fires and embrace a cosier way of living. What better time to reintroduce The Antler Collection, one of our most iconic designs? Handmade in our North Cotswold workshop, inspiration is taken from the rugged natural beauty inherently tied to the Scottish Highlands and the rustic chalets of the Swiss Alps, which also happens to be the location of our very first Antler Collection photoshoot.

The Season Preview
Earlier this week, we had the delight of welcoming our wonderful Brand Partners and Stockists to the Season Preview of our Latest Edit, due to launch in September 2018. The venue we chose was Tatton Park in the heart of Cheshire. Steeped in history, we felt deeply influenced by the heritage and characteristics of Tatton and it felt like a perfect fit for the David Hunt Lighting brand.

The Holiday Season
We are starting to get a little bit excited here at David Hunt HQ with the arrival of the Holiday Season. Christmas feels like is just around the corner (5 weeks away!) , people are starting to think about how to decorate their trees this year and decorations are creeping into the home. With the weather taking a bitter turn the fires are heating up. As always when winter arrives we notice the lighting in our homes, they play a pivitol role in the festive season helping to show off the decorations to magical effect and to also create a warm and cozy atmosphere away from the harsh weather outside.
