The Holiday Season

We are starting to get a little bit excited here at David Hunt HQ with the arrival of the Holiday Season. Christmas feels like is just around the corner (5 weeks away!) , people are starting to think about how to decorate their trees this year and decorations are creeping into the home. With the weather taking a bitter turn the fires are heating up. As always when winter arrives we notice the lighting in our homes, they play a pivitol role in the festive season helping to show off the decorations to magical effect and to also create a warm and cozy atmosphere away from the harsh weather outside.

Bright Ideas for 2016

Summer is finally here and we're grateful for its presence - much better late than never! Here's to many opportunities for picnics over the next few months. Relaxing around a fire pit as the sun slowly sets and planning exciting days at the seaside with family and friends. Here's to the consistency of warm, glorious weather and the delight of ice cold Chardonnay. Our favourite time of year!

Trending Colours for Spring 2016

For the very first time Pantone has announced two colours as its Colour of the Year for 2016. Rose Quartz, a soft pink, and Serenity which is a tranquil blue. Both have been chosen as two colours to show how a warm and a cool shade can work together in creating a calming feeling.
